Breakfast Event – Estate Planning from A to Z with Bill Barry

Estate Planning from A to Z will be the topic of a presentation by Attorney William H. Barry III on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 10:00 am, in person at Temple Beth Abraham. The Southern New Hampshire Jewish Men’s Club is proud to present this interesting and informative discussion. The Men’s Club breakfast will be served at 9:30 am before the speaker begins.

Bill’s lively discussion will cover important documents and concepts to be considered when designing an estate plan regardless of your age. Items such as Last Will and Testaments, Revocable Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Nomination of Guardianships and HIPPA Releases will all be discussed. You will also learn about the benefits and burdens of probate, the pitfalls of dying intestate (i.e. without a will), and the need for young adults (18 to 25) to have their own estate planning package.
